A rather late answer about the format: it's not fitting on the screen so well because there are some long Headers, particularly "Other aspects of Vedic Knowledge that Marahrishi has introduced to his followers". Headers (and Subheaders) don't wrap around to a second line when they're long; the page just gets wider. It's likely that your Subeditor will fix that by rewording the header more succinctly.

Thanks for the input! Unfortunatly it's too late to change it now but I hope the sub editor with sort that out at a later date
