John Godber's Bouncers with Gareth Hale, Tim Vincent and two other chaps I do a disservice by forgetting their names. - unfairly, none of the reviews a quick look on the web revealed mentioned them either.
By portraying 3 different sets of characters on a bare stage, with only two oil drums and four handbags for props these four guys ably demonstrated their acting capability.
Its thought provoking, moving has plenty of 'social comment' and above all is very funny.
Never thought I would ever see Gareth Hale and Tim Vincent re-enact a porno shower scene!
Blunt and to the point. More than crude at times, it concentrates on detail to give a portrayal of average nightclub folk.
A Funny play, that will put the wind up any parents with teenage daughters.
Definitely worth seeing.
