One for Printers:
'Thou shalt not tell the computer you don't exist when I can clearly see you'
One for modems too:
'Thou shalt not freeze up half way through recieving e-mails'
And another:
'Thou shalt not fail to load a page you just blood well opened two minutes ago!'
They any good?

Operating system. Windows, Unix, Linux etc. As distinct from the hardware, the BIOS (The very early stuff during boot on your motherboard) and the application software. It's supposed to handle program interaction with devices, and perform task scheduling and switching.

Well... how about this:
'Thou cannot use the excuse "I can't count past 1", it is garbage and you know it!'
I'll leave you to edit it, as usual...
