As I'm rehearsing this show at the momonet, I thought I'd do a bit of research and write an Entry on it for h2g2. Comments, suggestions, criticisms and so on are definitely welcome.
As ever, I particularly need to know if it's too long or too dull! Also, is the length of the two quotes acceptable?

ooh, spotted an error - Stephen Fry was not unknown in 1985. He was very well known, appearing weekly on Saturday Live, he'd been in Happy Families, and A Bit of Fry and Laurie, although I'm not sure of the timing of that one. I went to see this with the school, I must have been about 16 and I knew very well who the writer was.
No other comments about the content, some style points:
As your lists are full sentances they need tags inside the tags, and I'd put the names of the characters and song titles in bold so that they stand out a bit more.]
It will be great to see this in the Guide! I'd forgotten most of the plot, and only remembered a few of the songs, but I remember enjoying going to see it very much. I remember that Su Pollard was playing Sally, very strange when I only knew her from Hi Di Hi. I think someone famous was supposed to play Bill, but we got the understudy the night we went.

This is very good, David! I have to admit that I found the lists of songs a little long, and skipped through them, but there's probably no harm in including them, as they're well laid out and it is easy to skip them if not interested.
Just a couple of typo and formatting suggestions:
costermonger -- perhaps provide a footnote explaining this word
There should be a comma after the month in dates.
the sing that they --> they sing that they
Numbers of more than 3 digits (as opposed to dates) should have a comma in them.

Good entry Often with actors I've noticed links being made to IMDB (in the absence of h2g2 entries obviously ), which is likely to be a fairly reliable outside link.
I seem to remember reading that Stephen Fry made a surprising amount of money from his writing credit for this show. Ah yes : http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000410/bio - he was a millionaire before he was 30 due to it.
minor typo in Act 1 songs section:
unnecessary line starting with full stop in middle of song list.

Thanks.
And thanks for the imdb links, Pimms. I've added those. I thought about it earlier, and wasn't sure if it would be acceptable, but I can blame you now!
For some reason, the information available on 'Me and My Girl' is really patchy. I couldn't find a single book or website with all the songs etc. The process of piecing all the bits together was very intriguing!

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!

Only four weeks to go until I perform the silly thing as well (or to be precise, three weeks and five days to opening night). Whatever will the world make of a librarian singing 'The Sun Has Got His Hat On'?

I'm not sure your day job will be used as a criterion to judge you
You may not even be recognised - it happened to me. I asked someone who'd watched a show what they thought of it, and they asked if I'd seen it, I said no I'm in it and they were astonished.
