my sister has a fridge magnet that says "I'd give up chocolate but I'm no quitter"

You should tell your sister there is a tried and true way to be able to eat all the you want and not have your clothes shrink... store it up high on the friggie or something.. the fat and calories are afraid of the heights and die from fear..

now you sound like her, she says you can eat broken buscuits without gaining weight because all the calpries will have fallen out. oh and anything bad you eat, the calories can be cancelled out as long as you drink a diet coke right after eating it

Also you can't gain weight from food you eat standing up over the stove or the sink.. all the calories dribble out in an effort to get away. Same goes with food off someone else's plate. All the calories stay there when you sneak up on them like that.

so the moral of this story is only eat whilst cooking or off someone elses plate

pretty much.. yup.

Now this explains a lot to me now, about women
