"Sign up now" link goes to "http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/classic/httP://_urlofvegimanssite_" which, quite easily doesn't exist on h2g2 - If you used a I suggest you change it to a ;)

I believe I read somewhere that in dna you should use LINK h2g2 for
all links within the guide and not use href except for external links.

That's correct. The reason this link no longer works is that we now have to prepend /dna/h2g2// to *all* URLs on the page. But we check to see if the link starts with 'http://' and don't prepend the path if so (same with mailto: links). But the check is not case sensitive, so httP:// won't be seen as an external link, so the path gets prepended, leading to a broken link.

What I don't understand is why there is a link to [URL Removed By Moderator]
and it's not been moderated out?

Perhaps the moderators realised that removing it would destroy the bug report? Don't know, really. Expect it to vanish soon, though.

Thanks - I put it right as soon as it was reported - It was a mistyping on my part Http - as soon as I saw it, I guessed what the problems was.
