A Conversation for Talking Point: Male vs Female Driving Skills
ALL car drivers

Speaking as a motorbike rider i can say that nearly all car drivers are bad, dont check before lane changing, and swing out of side roads when I am approaching at speed.
I also drive a car. I hate it. That may be because it is my mothers Fiat Uno 1.0 which is a nasty little box that is no fun at all. But driving is no fun when you ride. Traffic is no problem on a m'bike.

I totally agree with you there, Bob. When I started riding motor cycles, I cquickly learned that you have to drive for everyone else on the road as well. Car drivers don't look for motorcycles on the road (unless they ride themselves, thus knowing how bad it is). I had the advantage of having had my motorcycle licence for about a year and a half before I got my car licence, so I got into the mindset that I have to watch myself and everyone else all the time while I'm out on the streets..
Having said that, I don't claim to be an above average driver, which I'm suer a few people here can back me on.
