This looks like a very dangerous topic to get involved in a discussion in, so I'll play safe and say that both are the same in my opinion - everyone seems to drive like a maniac where I live.
Regarding parking, I saw some programme a while back that suggested there were differences due to spacial awareness, but it didn't seem all that convincing.

I second the motion - in my case it's Houston, Texas, USA, with freeways as the only practical way of getting around. The authorities seem to have decided that trying to enforce traffic laws is more dangerous than not, causing slowdowns, rubber-necking, risk to the officers, etc. While that may be true, its not very comforting that the whole system is a no-man's land ruled by road-ragers. I can't drive across town without seeing several instances of scary near misses - especially scary when they barely miss me, driving only a little over the posted speed limit - shame . but I can drive for weeks without seeing an officer pulling a car over. My perception is a mix of agressive males and oblivious females, both with cell phones in their ear, but whatever, its a disaster.

It sounds like a similar situation. I live just off a motorway in the South of England. Drivers coming off the motorway seem oblivious to the fact that they are no longer on it, and hit the junction at 70mph plus. It is quite scary.
Don't get me started on mobile phones - why do people do this?

I have a theory on the cell phone issue:
"People are stupid."
Key: Complain about this post
