, Aerofloat is Russian, yes, and probably quite profitable.
This was pretty much my final rewrite of the article(barring official editing or unforseen glaring errors), and i don't expect anyone to buckle down and actually read the thing again, so i'll just outline the final revisions:
-Changed "Djbouti" to "Dijibouti" everywhere
-Added in a bit about the independence date year(1977, Spiff )
-Added a true footnote to the part about the independence year
-Generally tried to make it a little more presentable
Thanks to everyone who commented, encouraged, or made fun of me until i actually started to work on it.

Hi!
I can't see anything *really* wrong with the entry. Should make it into the Guide IMO. 
Just some nitpicks:
ATM - automated-teller machine
The population is about 1/2 million, not 3/4 million
There are 364 km of paved roads
The last two bits of information are from the current CIA World Factbook, so there might be a fair chance that they're accurate. Factbook also features the address of the US embassy which you might like to add.
