Thanks for the 'pendant' hint (and blame it on my poor English: I was thinking of the German/French 'pendant' = 'equivalent').
As to the (Sub-)Headers: I was thinking of grouping the examples together and giving them chapters of their own. But then, that's only *my* style.
Did I already say I liked it?

Actually, i was considering using subheaders for expample grouping, but i thought it would drownd out the more important master headers. Mayhaps i shall give it a second thought...
