Ah, simulpost with Pinn. WHat you've written sounds good, Pinn. I'll use it and give you an Additional Research credit if that's OK.

That would make me proud, Gnomon. Thanks!
Another (pedantic?) point meantime. I don't think your iron limit for nuclide generation is considered absolute any more. There's now thought to be a neutron absorption mechanism that generates some heavier nuclides in massive stable stars (see W*k* entry on the "s-process", or briefly http://www.daviddarling.info/encyclopedia/S/s-process.html)
(Yeah, I occasionally drink with an astrophysicist. Bad habit, I know)

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!

Hi Gnomon.
Can you take a quick look at the edited version at A42426993 and tell me if it looks OK to you. (I've changed very little)
