here's another answer.
Click on HELP
Then click on the Forgotten Password link which is about half way down the page.
This directs you to the password retreival page which will work if you are logged out (if you are not logged out then do so because otherwise it wont work) and if you know your login name, which is not the same as your user name and the email address which you used when you registered. If you have forgotten either of these then you are screwed.
Is that better Ottox?
