I am more anoyed with dogowners who they do not do anything. their dogs bite!

another thing dogowners are selfish, because they never put their dog on a leash if asked. they ignore laws and walk their in places where it is not allowed or without leash.

since I have diabetes with complications to my feet I could loose my legs if they bite.

Oh dear! pheloxi! some -owners can be irresponsible, they spoil it for all the others. It's always the same isn't it. I am pleased to say that most of the people I have come across with where I am now are extremely responsible. Much better than one of the other places I have lived I can tell you.

Also, dogs can always tell if someone is frightened and they go to annoy them deliberately. The best thing to do if you see a dog coming toward you is to stand still (if you are out in a public place). I wouldn't try it if you were standing outside their house because they would be guarding their property.
