You're not really helping there, Traveller, are you? 
The Doctor Who smileys aren't the same as the other ones as you can't use them in postings. You can use them on your Personal Space though.

With the current smiley campaigns this seems to me the most likely question: how do you use doctor who smilies ?
With an even more correct answer: not, but that is not an answer, the only policy we have is use them at random and wait until and if some magic happens (you, uploading some gifs for instance ).
