A Conversation for Causes and Effects of Writer's Block

Writer's boost

Post 1

Sander

How do you know whether you have writer's block or are just a bad writer? Is there a difference between a good writer with writer's block and a bad writer without one? Or perhaps the difference between a good writer and a bad one is largely based on their respective levels of writers block?
Can't we turn the thing around and make it sound a little more positive...What about writer's boost? Then when you're on a roll you say you've got a good writer's boost and when you're not you say "ohh, my writer's boost is just not optimal today", sounds a lot nicer than "I've got a writer's block..", don't you think? Umm, no? Err..nevermind, It seems I have my own writer's problems.

*dodges questions...*

When I get around to doing some editing on it, I will be sure to consider some of the questions you raised. However, I don't think that my writer's boost is EVER optimal. *sigh*
Thanks for the imput, yup.
