I am very curious as to where this is going. You've managed to create quite a lot of excitement already!

Actually, if you were thinking of writing a serial, the place to go might be <./>ThePost</.>, which is h2g2's newspaper. They're always on the lookout for new articles, and this might just fit the bill.

Just in case you weren't aware though, there's a chunk in the middle where you had written the outline for the fight scene but then forgot to come back and write it up later.

Did you want some help editing this, or are you happy just to have it published as it is?

The aim was to get some people to review it, and so I tried to explain how to submit it to the AWW (I failed ).

Once Ollie is happy with it, he can decide whether to send it to the Post, or hope for a miner to pick it for the UG - or both.

I don't think I missed anything in the middle on the fight scene. I kept this part quite non descriptive and ended on Jake gaining the upper hand. What sort of help with editing are you offering? Thanks for the offer...

Well, there's a lot to do first: punctuation, grammar etc.
