I love it! I love the form within formlessness, the intuitiveness, the imagery.
Well done, Ian, there's the making of an excellent poem here. But equally, there's a freshness about this version that you may want to keep.
I read it in the garden, and it made me think. How wonderful the blossom days are, so soon to be gone. You capture the sorrow and the rapture of impermanence. All life is impermanent - try to capture it and it falls away like blossom from a tree.
