I think I would be interested in knowing a bit more about the book, however, I wonder whether a book review is the best way of tackling this one. It's certainly an interesting subject.
Maybe an alternative way would be to describe a bit about the project, which appears to be on-going. It will be interesting to see what others think about this.
It would also be useful to quote the ISBN and the author, probably at the end as a reference.
