I'm not really here Posted Nov 4, 2001
Whoami?, it might be a good idea to take me off these pages, as I'm afraid I'm not going to have time to write anything atm. I'm too busy irl, and as I'm now a sub ed, I'll have less time online to do thing like this. Sorry about that!

nah, you don't have to go, the aces page has loads off people anyway. you can still be credited, and these reports will be updated, so maybe you could do a bit another year...
Hope the work doesn't snow you under

Well ok, it's your entry, if you're happy to credit someone who didn't do any work, that's fine by me. A link's a link.

You're making me blush now! No, really, Mina. You're great - ! It's a pleasure to have you on the team, jsut pop over and have a look through an bit if you have a moment - just like volunteer schemes, we're not going to ask the of you. There'd be something wrong about not having your name on the report, so you're just going to have to be credited for your help.

The Scout Report - The Current Situation
http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A645059
both entries have same info about ACEs.
I cut and paste from above mentioned:
Aces do two distinct jobs on h2g2:
Welcoming new users as they sign up to h2g2, and helping them find their feet over the first few days. helping to calm down heated converations, pouring buckets of virtual water over flamers, and untangling conversational knots - particularly with emotive issues such as terrorism.
It's a big task, so there are laods of Aces compared to, say, the number of Sub-editors on h2g2. There is more information at theAces' page.
Are you still editting the above entries?

We are indeed...
Go to the Reports' Homepage at http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A652466 and scroll to the bottom. There's a link to click, and when you've done this, we'll alert you as the last two are completed. Expect the Scouts' next, in a few weeks, with the Guru's to follow before the New Year.

pheloxi, please be a little patient
We *are* still writing the Reports - and as I get it all ready, I've started to arrange bits and pieces for the homepage. I'll add a note to that effect. Did you like the first two? Have you subscribed to the Update?
