I, Wargamer, wish to join the Potato Army
Wargamer (The Wanderer) Started conversation Jan 31, 2002
I, Wargamer, am ready and willing to sign up to the ranks of the Potato Army.
In joining the Potato Army I will be able to offer my skills in Mechanics and weapons manufacturing. I'm ready to go the distance!

It seems a weird Potao Army that has no one in Charge of Chips!
What about Oven Chips?
Potato Waffles?

Ok Wargamer you in, heres your spud gun. As you want to be responsible for Mechanics and weapons manufacturing perhaps you could improve the spud gun along with feadah the weapons expert.
dd, do you want to be part of the potato army and if so would you like to be in charge of chips.

Glad to be here!
I've already built an 'improved' version of the spudgun (although it is illegal anywhere on earth). It takes about 10-30 seconds to reload but can fire upto 100m and has been known to put a dent in a wooden door!
I'd like to think that the 'Bombard' Spudgun will become standard issue soon (although it may not be long before I design another...).
One thing, can I use Metal potatoes, or put iron rods inside them? If I could, I can modify my Pie-Bomb Rifle to fire potatoes!
If you need anything else, give me a call.
Wargamer.

Ouch! Hot fat! Actually, I could modify a flamer to fire hot fat...
...
Oh, before I forget, would anyone like to join the Mutant League? It's an organization dedicated to the more 'exciting' sports out there. It's free to all h2g2 members, and we can decide the sport when we have members (we'll do anything from Hockey to Paintball). What do you think? Head to my page and use the 'Join The League' discussion. Anyway...

How could I resist. OK, I'm in -- I am a real spud lover.
I'll post my recipe for perfect mash soon.

I know two londoners who put vinegar on Mash. Heathens -- if not Potato Haters. Vinegar should (essential perhaps) be put on Chips and other inferior fried potatoes.
