Nice article so far, GB.
I think you should also include a section on the fact that there are other methods by which to 'crunch' your units too, such as the Seti_Gate cache system, whereby you can download many units and your 'client' ie a dos client, also available from Seti@Home, just sits and crunches away until it runs out of units. A good way to be able to keep crunching if you don't mind leaving your PC on all the time (actually healthier for the poor box rather than switching on and off all the time and causing horrendous power surges thru the delicate stuff inside) You can then upload all your results at one go. It also allows you to keep stat tabs on your friends by adding their email addy. When you upload your results, it automatically updates your (and any friends you have listed) stats.
Also don't forgeet that there are many other add ons to help you keep the best eye on how your units are doing.
let me know if you want more info, honey

Thanks you guys
Gonna add the {part} University project today - was going to do it yesterday but I lost h2g2 completely
Every little piece of info I put into the entry will get the reseachers number added, so it should be a collaborate effort, like seti.
Gonna do it today, before I do anything else.

You could make a mention of the h2g2 researchers seti@home group. I've got the URL for the group at Berkeley, so I can mail it to you this evening. I can't remember the A number of the groups home page here.

I've been working on the entry all day, honey.
You should find the seti researchers page there now.
That's no excuse not to email me though.
I'll list you as a contributing researcher as soon as the damned thing will let me.

Hi GB I just had a look at the entry, (not been online much the past few days) you have been a busy girl. It looks really good.

Thank you...
All day to play on h2g2.....well, my work day starts at 3.30pm, at least that's when my playtime stops
It's a big entry isn't it?
I hope it's just what Peta wanted...she's not answered my email yet.
*waits patiently for Peta to turn up*
OK, while we're waiting, what's your fastest units & slowest units?

I wish my pc was as fast as yours, Ardzil.
No, that wasn't an invitation to tell me just *how* fast yours is
