While I realize this species doesn't actually exist ( they're way to ridiculous to be real) the piece itself was wonderful. It takes an implausable premise ( Homonidae... that kills me, I mean how did the writer come up with it?)and makes it sound almost believable. Very tounge in cheek style and hugely immaginative. I'd almost wish they were real so I could get one as a pet. I like the story.
