It's 'Wolfsburg' and 'Hannover' and my only question is, is it really true the early versions had a total of 18kW?
You might want to use the GuideML Footnote feature: simply add
ThisIsYourFootnoteContents
right where you want the footnote symbol to appear, and you're done
Links into the WWW are done like this:
DescriptionOfTheLink
(for links inside h2g2 it's <LINK H2G2=.... )
mind the double quotes! They're easily forgotten

Thanks for the comments. I attempted to add these in and it now looks a lot better! The figures are a bit odd but that is definitely what I found in two different locations! Maybe I shall have another rummage from some different sources.
