h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I would not recommend going to soho coffee shop again. I went in with a friend on saturday after shopping, cold tired and looking forward to a hot drink and a breakfast sandwich. A different assistant to the girl who had served us Nicky Hurt then shouted out about 2 drinks being ready. Not realising it was ours as no mention of sanwiches with this order! she stamped her feet swore threw cups hard down on the counter and proceeded to prepare more drinks. We were shocked at this attitude . When the girl arrived with the sandwiches I asked if the drinks were for us and she said yes. I went to pick them up and abuse hurled at me from this Miss Nicky Hurt for not retrieving them earlier. She was rude and downwrite abusive, I would not visit again! She did not give me chance to explain we did not know it was part of our order. I could understand if I'd complained they were cold or something! In addition to this the place was a mess and staff did not make any effort to move people on who were just sat chatting and not eating. This place was a disgrace to customer service.
