In the section about movie cameras you say: 
"In the days when all cameras used film, there were 3D cameras"
There's a 3D movie camera in use in the UK right now. The Arri Alexa is being used by Martin Scorsese to make Hugo Cabret, which will be out in December 2011. The first to be actually filmed in 3D rather than enhanced in post production then released in 3D. The Alexa will be used on Transformers 3 too.
