er... this appears to be a common mistake with the old review system --- to post the submission thread below *the entry* rather than on the Peer Review page where people can actually find it 
These days you can't do anything wrong because the 'submit for review' link on the entry manages all the details.

Perhaps the title would better be 'The Problem with Wedding Gift Lists' and you could divide it into sections with headers (as I said elsewhere, GuideML is nice but not necessary, you can do headers in text mode too) but otherwise...
