A Conversation for Little Restaurant in the corner: The Big Giant Sandwich! (The Food, not the City in England)

ex-Rambling. Thingite. Dog. Pythonist. Deceased. Started conversation May 10, 2002
As the detectives look around, they see a diner and sea's weapons shop side by side. If they sneak into the diner and slip into a booth, they will see a cat-like figure talking to her friends.
"They'll never find it now. I heard that ex-R hired a detective agency to look for it, but I've hidden it so close to their own base that they'll never think of looking for it there!" She laugh's evilly, "They'll never check that close to home."
Noticing something amiss, the cat-like person looks around and spots the detective. "No!" Her eyes flash and she begins gathering magic for a spell. As the detectives flee, a bolt of lightning surges from her fingertips, and they barely secape.
A chase ensues, as sea tries to stop them, and they run towards the portal on the other side of the smoking volcano. They barely make it out with their lives.
