Well all I have to say to that is:
Marble Arch

Why do I feel like this is going to be a bad move?

Croz you are so right - what a bad move that was.
Thinking more carefully about it and using the Stravinsky rules (2nd amendment) I will go with
Barons Court.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it!

A common misconception. Look closely and you'll see that I used the 2nd amendment. If I had used the first amendment that's a whole different ball game. So I stand by my original move and say
Barons Court

I'll use the 1937 malinovski opt out and call...

(Er... two moves from the first game seem to have timeslipped their way in here somehow? That's usually a result of travelling the Circle line anti-clockwise at speeds approaching 0.94C, and was outlawed in 1984, then 1974 and finally 1964... )

I think it was an attempt to beat the upcoming tube strike (which hasn't happened yet, of course, but will...)

Goodness time to get this game going again and also slightly off topic but totally relevant - this Sunday 17th March there will be a special ceremony at Mornington Crescent station with the team of I Haven't Got a Clue unveiling a plaque in tribute to Willie Rushton - it takes place at 12 noon.
Anyway back to the game - I'm going to use a rule that Rushton often used when faced with Hainault - the Essex Triathlon March and counter your last move with
Piccadilly Circus
Get out of that!

Bad mistake. You've left yourself wide open to the Predrag Radosavljevic inverse buttock-clench monopoly, allowing me to triumphantly announce:
MORNINGTON CRESCENT!
