I think it was Tube who discovered that trick. Apparently the system is set up for a maximum of 2^31 users. Anymore than that and it will ignore the power and start repeating, so what you do is pick your power and add someone's user number to it and then get them all confused

Of course I spent some time at or near the sea. Well its rather hard to avoid here.
The main event was watching the cup final in the pub and then carrying on drinking for a bit afterwards. I wasn't that involved in it as I've got no stake in either club. What I will say is that Brighton seems to have more Chelsea than Arsenal supporters. Which I suppose makes sense in some strange sort of way.

I still think you are very lucky to be able to be by the sea so easily!
Not knowing enough about it I will believe you that it makes sense that there are more Chelsea fans near you - hope they were not too like Millwall once they came second
I suppose I should decide what I am going to do for the day soon!

The sea is becoming one of the most important factors in any question about relocation for any other job. Quite frankly if my dream job came up in say, Northampton or Loghborough, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole as I'd be miles from the coast.
Arsenal football club v Chelsea, well they're the more dour Northern London club. Chelsea are more celeb, lifestyle, etc etc ie exactly what Brighton is like.
As for Millwall, well they're still in the same division as us for next season. Its the one local game that I have some trepidation about visiting. Certainly its not a game where I would just drive and park near the ground as I do with all other games. I would use some public transport on the journey so that I would be travelling away from the ground with a large group of Blades, and not on my own

Sounds like a good plan!
I think yu are very sensible not to want to move away from the sea - it constantly puzzles me why I live and work in two of the places which are about as far away from the sea as you can get in the UK, but love the cottage and love the job
I have booked some holdiday for the start of June - not yet decided what to do with it! Still getting the time in my diary was quite an effort!

Well can suggest for a start that you don't go into the office. Always a good launching off point for a holiday

I am now officially in the throes of a full blown cold. It started last night with a bit of tickle, sneezing came on around lunchtime, and I'm now in the "box of tissues in every room stage". And its a bank holiday tomorrow - Not Fair

I want to die................
*sniffle*
You wouldn't believe the effort that this is taking. The next step is to take a really long bath and prepare for work tomorrow. I am sure that I am only going to go in for the essentials and then I'm coming home again. Thank heavens that work is only a two or three minute drive. I couldn't do it if it was more than a couple of miles.
*sniffle* *aitchoo*

I've been spending my time banned from the office in a productive fashion. You submitting a piece to Peer Review has finally sparked me into life, and I've finally written something
Well, three things to be precise
A745643 - Spaghetti alla Carbonara
A745661 - How to cook pasta properly
A746174 - Conchiglie alla Burina
But of course its a shame that you can't actually eat any of them. Sorry
