Should be - no-one comes out this way much, and the few who do are trustworthy. If we majke sure it's off the beach where the tide won't get it, and safe from the birds, it'll be fine.

I'm pretty tired, cause i have been on here till about thre or so in the morning the last few days so must get early night tonight so i can try (harder than the last few days) to manage to write up some of my thesis and do some of the research for it as well, which is pretty boaring really which is another reason, aside H2G2, i've been puting it off smiley - smiley you are right, it would be a shame not to go along here, its quite nice; and those basking sharks as well, how smiley - cool its just like watching one of those wildlife programs, only better cause we are actually here:
I wonder whats further up past these rocks? smiley - biggrin

Why not walk with us a while - I am sure the exercise will make you feel better smiley - smiley

Well apart from the obvious fall into the shower and drink lots of smiley - coffee ... I am supposed to be at work for 7 am at least three times a week (some of the people I look after do shifts) and I find it easier to do every day than 3 from 5. W**k is a long way away and the other advantage of doing the journey at that time is that it only takes 40-45 mins. If I leave half an hour later it takes twice as long. Thats going towards London for you smiley - erm

Still that all changes in about a month smiley - smiley I will still get up at the same time and have a longer journey, but its away from London and too a much more exciting job smiley - biggrin

I am glad you computer was saved - that could have been bad!

Well missing the traffic always good, cause its such a pain: its like in Cambridge; leave at an earlier enough time and your fine, five minutes later and the journey is imposible: i don't drive so its not such a problem for me smiley - smiley although it does mean i use the trains a lot more than i would like smiley - yikes the computers saved for now which is the main thing; soon as my MSc finishes i am going to send it off to have a new keyboard put in; i pressume thats possible smiley - erm

I think it should be, mine has had all sorts of bits repaired along the way. I must get myself a new one organised - this one goes with the job so I only have it a little while longer smiley - sadface

I am not sure if I will get a notebook again. The contract they have sent me is a whole A4 folder full of stuff which includes internet and computer policies and they appear to be very strict about what you can load and access from a machine they own, unlike my current employers. So I figure that it would be better to get one of my own anyway.

smiley - yikes sounds like they went for the concise version of your contract smiley - laugh read it carefully; who knows whats in the small print smiley - smiley Notebooks are alright, but i don't find laptops last veyr long; the keyboard on this started going after about six months; i have a new laptop, but i don't want to confuse it for later by instaling andn seting it up for the ethernet connection here at Uni; only to try and put it back to an ordinary connection in a few months; although the keyboard does seem quite a bit stornger and more sturdy on the Toshiba compaired to this one; the toshiba is my fifth laptop in nearly four years smiley - yikes although this time i will keep boht i have and get this (microlink PC) laptop fixed so i have two in good condition smiley - cool where were we? smiley - erm climbs over rocks and looks out to sea*

Yes, good to sea you've caught up with us, 2legs.
The next part of our journey over the rocks will take us past many rockpools, in which will be life that will fascinate David Bellamy for all time, and include all sorts of sea life. They're fascinating to see, but many people get squemish about some species of crab and jellyfish. Jellyfish are quite rare, but we are almost certain to see crabs, of one size or other.
