Ahem, skittles ,with or without a capital , are some of the best sweets in the world, ranking just behind chocolate raisons and malteasers.
M&Ms are far worse, particurlarly if they have a peanut inside.
Will take another look over for any comments.

Welcome to h2g2, Zaney.
"Method Four: Big breakfast. Some people find that a fried egg and a few strips of bacon along with two slices of toast spread with raspberry jam is the best thing to charge their energy. On the downside, big breakfasts aren't always good for you, and it takes a while to prepare. If you can find a big breakfast that you like but isn't two unhealthy, such as a large bowl of oatmeal or something with lots of onions, beans and potatos, then you can find yourself ready to face the day."
Onions at breakfast. My view would be that a big breakfast would weigh you down for the morning - though it would be something to look forward to in order to make you get out of bed. That said, it's far more of a faff to make a cooked breakfast than it is to have cereal or toast, and it takes longer.
"Method Five: Sugar Breakfast. A donut and skittles and a coke can make you energetic."
A doughnut (<- note British spelling ) I can understand, but skittles and a coke in the morning is a bit unusual! Not a suggestion, just a comment.
Good job.

I find that fried breakfasts are very effective as treating hangovers, though i can see that eating one then draggin yurself to work might not help.

If I could have the time and lack-of-worry about the calories, I'd eat a fry-up every morning. Then I wouldn't really have to worry about lunch. Gorgeous.
Sugar is a drastic, fantastically bad, but yummy breakfast. So is chocolate. Mmm, for breakfast.
...
Sorry, I got distracted for a moment there.

I replaced skittles with "candy". It seems to work...

Hiya Zaney,
I wouldn't say this is a list of methods (you incluse too much information for a plain list! ). I'd say a selection, or a few, or something like that.
flavour ---> flavour (sorry, Guide Entries have to be in British English).
"One way of overcoming the problem of strong or black coffee..." Black coffee isn't a problem, is it? Surely it's just the strength that could be the issue.
A pensive walk? Pensive, whilst meaning wistful, usually comes pre-loaded with sadness too. Perhaps a different word might be more appropriate if you are trying to cheer up!
pajamas --->pyjamas
With yoga, a beginner's CD/DVD will explain the poses as you go along. Looking it up online shouldn't be needed.
"On the downside, big breaskfasts aren't always good for you, and it takes a while to prepare." ---> they take a while
Onions? What sort of breakfast meal has onions in is? *is curious*
Fellow Brits - is oatmeal what we call porridge (A313291)?
Sugar breakfast - once again, I'm not sure if we have to change the words here from American to British English.
donut-->doughnut
candy-->sweets
coke-->cola (this is because it's a brand name - we call it Coke too!)
Tea - you could mention decaf tea and green teas a caffeine free alternatives to prevent addiction.
There are some lovely ideas here. There are also plenty on h2g2 articles that could be linked to (like A906617). When adding links to my articles, I like to open up a second window and use the search function on any word that I think might already have an article. You just have to make sure that they are Edited (this information comes up in the search, don't worry).

Thanks for all the tips!
It's funny how many differences there are between American and British spelling.
I heard somewhere that there was someone in the American Revolution who had the bright idea to change all the spellings as some sort of independence thing , thus making spelling more annoying for people in centuries to come.
Onions are good in lots of breakfasts... omlettes... with peppers and beans... there must be other ways... onion juice?
I think your porridge is what we call "cream of wheat"... which is sort of a silly name...
I'll figure out how to do those links! Somehow! I think!

Hi zaney! As you seem to be getting your head around GuideML, may I make a suggestion?
When you first submitted this article, there were 7 methods mentioned. Now, there are more and it might look better if you took out the words 'Method -' and placing the suggestion for each paragraph in a Header eg
>>>Method One: Extra-strong coffee.
would become
Extra-Strong Coffee
The problem with strong...(etc)
and so on through your list. You would have to move the link from coffee onto the next occurrence of the word coffee as well.
What do you think?

Possibly helpful as a tool, but in any case very colourful to look at.
Looks good, there was something else on arranging it that i'd thought of, and will post as soon as i remember it.

You might mention that Dark Chocolate is a healthier choice than milk or white chocolate.
You could also mention that it has been suggested that one limit ingestion of carbonated soft drinks like colas because one of the ingredients is phosphoric acid which is thought to weaken bones and etch the enamel off teeth.

Hi there. Just picking up on the comments about brand names in Entries. The rules about this sort of thing on the BBC are quite complicated, but basically, you are fine to mention brand names, if they are editorially relevant, but the context is key.
If it sounds like you are recommending one brand over another, then that is not okay. If you are using a trademarked name like Hoover or Portakabin as a general term when you mean a generic item like a vacuum cleaner or a mobile home then that is not okay.
But, editorially, if you are writing about the history of Coca-Cola or Baileys, as we've had in the past, then it is perfectly acceptable to mention the brand names.
The problems come with undue prominence and advocacy. If the plain facts of an Entry involve a certain brand or product then it fine to mention it.
In this instance, you're right to change Skittles to sweets, as they are being recommended as a morning pick-me-up.
Hope that clears things up. And with that we raise an unspecified .
