I'm still in the process of doing back-and current research on this entry.

Wow - you got onto the case pretty quickly, well done! As you say, there is still work to be done, but I like your style so far.
A couple of suggestions:
1. When I write an Entry, I start with the headers. They help break what I'm writing into chunks that can be researched, and then placed in the most pleasing order once I've finished.
You might have History, Famous Oklahoma-ians (or whatever the proper term is for people that came from Oklahoma), Things to See, Things to Avoid, Major Cities, Goegraphy - these are just some ideas, you can use as many or as few as you wish.
2. Don't feel like you have to write in detail, about the whole state. The cities can be glossed over, as they are just one feature of state. You could then go on to write a more detailed Entry on Oklahoma City later down the line, and thereby avoid the sticky problem of Tulsa. Speaking of, the Controversy could also be an Entry, if you think there's enough information. I guess what I'm saying is, havin a think about how much information you have, how much you can Research, and how much could reasonably fit in an Entry. Have a read through the other state Entries, and get a feel for what sort of infirmation they include.
3. Well done for not saying 'I' anywhere. If you can get rid of 'This Researcher' that would be helpful too. It's not forbidden, but it has the same sort of feeling as 'I' and is to be avoided if at all possible.
I look forward to this - post in this conversation as you make changes so that I'm alerted and can come and have annother read.

Haha thanks. I lurked the site for a bit before joining. Saw in the H2G2 challenge that there wasn't an entry for the state, so the lightbulb flashed on. When I looked, I saw that there were a few starting Oklahoma entries, but they seemed to all be negative.
Thanks for the advice on the headers, I was kind of flying blind. And I'll try to keep it succinct.

There's what I have so far.
Coming up next: the stunning story of the sibling rivalry between two capital cities.

It appears that we have a duplication of effort.
I am shagbark- long time writer for the hitchhikers guide.
I currently have an article on Oklahoma in Peer Review but it is going nowhere because I am not in Oklahoma and most of my info is second hand.
Maybe we should combine the articles and see what it gives us and list co-authorship.

That seems like a good plan to me. Shagbark's entry is here: A61939551

I have removed my article from Peer Review to give you time to work on the new version.

Are you still planning to submit an entry on Oklahoma?
I will be putting mine back in Peer Review in June if you do not respond.
