Just one thing - the trailing single quote from 'its' has to go. Occurs twice in the beginning.

Another possessive apostrophe! I hate the ! Arrrrgh!
Um, do you mind if I leave these particular glitches to you to fix at the sub-editing stage? 'Cos as it's plain to see, I haven't a clue on the subject...

I liked the article myself, especially as it's one of my favourite books. Especially considering it ends with pretty much all of the human race destroyed apart from on the Isle of Wight.
Things I would include:
I'd mention that Simon Clark has written an (inferior) sequal "Night Of The Triffids".
I'd also mention that for many, the novels strong point is that for much of it, the triffids aren't the real enemy, but mankind is. Especially when the humans are trying to do what they consider to be the Right thing.
You could, perhaps, mention some of John Wyndham's other novels, such as The Kraken Wakes, Chocky, etc, which I see you have also written articles about.
Sorry - I've just noticed your University page:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A615250
so as this is part of a Uni project, the need for mentioning other novels is less important, however, links between the articles would be useful.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm hoping the redoubtable ShrEck, my sub-ed on this project, will be willing to sort out programming all the interlinks between the different novel pages. It is still a page-in-progress, I'll be adding some analysis of the novel soon (fingers crossed). As far as Night of the Triffids goes, it'll probably get mentioned in passing but as a) I'm not planning on reading it till it comes out in paperback and b) it doesn't really fall under the scope of the project, I won't be looking at it in detail.
