Didn't know about this but it sounds about right. Nicely written article. I like the understated humour in the article. Nice work

Can you make it clear, are all the questions of the same difficulty level as the samples, or are these the extreme?

I have found on a number of occasions that it's not always played at Midday - assuming that means 12 on the dot - many times I have rushed towards the TV to find nothing on and to be informed by others that it was twenty minutes ago or hasn't been on yet.
Also they mock it on the show sometimes: Lenny Henry did, ripping out of the questions AND the contestant.
You also forgot to mention that R and J GIVE them the answer sometimes if they almost get it, or get half of the answer...
Oh and I reckon its a tax dodge.

Well, watching how dumb people are that they can't even the leader of the oppostition is something worse rushing for. I reckon.
Come on! It's hilarious entertainment. Dumb housewives prostituting their stupidity for 15 grand...it's a beautiful thing.

Ahhhh...I am absolved.
But what do we do now R+J have defected to Channel 4?
Ah me, life is hard.

Thanks for all your comments!
I suppose writing an entry on it is slightly worse than rushing to watch it...
Yep, the sample questions are indeed of a similar difficulty level to the actual questions in the game. The hardest one out of the samples is the maths question; I do believe that they actually asked one along similar lines...
When I put in midday; I meant it in its broadest possible definition. It is really the key evidence that shows that time really is an illusion...
Thanks for reminding me that if they get half/part way a question right that they give it to them; that should be put in now
Any other comments, will be as always, gratefully received

I like the ammendments... Beautiful phrased on the ambiguity of 'correctness'. Nice one.

Thank you Azara!
Well, I do have a small 'to-do' list; I think I'm going to carry on with the tennis personalities. I've got John McEnroe currently sitting in PR and I might do one on Björn Borg. One I will definitely do is on Sir Steve Redgrave.
He's got an interesting story to tell and I think it's worth sharing...
