Rod that looks fine now I am on a MacOS (Tiger) You will have to ask someone more knowledgeable about the indians bit. You there Bob?
Glad you got that sorted as I was beginning to wonder if it was a problem
with whatever happens to this. I really enjoyed it. It is strange that snippets of the past from personal memories actually have more impact than whole articles. More immediate somehow.

2010/01/01/0800 here - A Happy New Year to all of you.
moment, websailor? I'll just point out that you weren't the first to wonder about that.
...but there may be a problem this end if the sizes sentence came ok after me retyping it within the guide editor - nevertheless, ignore it for now, as it may not return.
Oh, and it's 0810 now - got distracted...
back later

Hello Rod
Well the pre 1960,s are a good start and should be developed ask Alsoran 80 for a contribution you will not be disappointed she is very interesting and will (if willing) add to this project a huge amount.
I believe you should consider
1 invite contributions on all decades
2 store everything until the pre 1960,s is complete
3 be prepared to do the 1950,s and even the 1940,s
4 publish the result in 4,000 (maximum) word entries and if to much is offered be prepared to split it into individual years, countries and/or important events
There will be either a flood or a trickle

yes, Bob, that's not too far off what was in mind. We've a dearth of snippets from significant events - and are unlikely to get more without advertising, ie publishing,
Let's hope will take it on
I'll pop over to Alsoran 80's later
In the meantime I'll sit on it for a while - just a cogitatin ma'am, just a cogitatin - sometimes I sits and thinks, sometimes I just sits
