A Conversation for Haggis

Well, this explained quite a lot. I have always doubted the story about haggis being an animal stomach stuffed with chopped bits of other animals mixed with various odds and ends. It didn't really say much for Scotsmen in general. The story of the Haggis is actually quite like that of the North American Hot Dog. Contrary to popular belief, the hotdog is really an amphibian. It resembles something like a cross between newt and a snake. They travel in groups or "pods" of 8 to 10 and come in many different breeds including beef, pork and a rather new specimen-turkey. Young hotdogs are often captured illegally and slaughtered for use at cocktail parties in an exotic dish known as "Pigs in a Blanket".
