This may make a very interesting Underguide Entry.

The central thesis in this about mindfulness is interesting, thought provoking and rather beautiful.
However, I found the article hard going and I think the reason for this is that there are too many quotes. I would cut some of these -maybe just provide links to them - and rely more on your own words to make your argument.

JBF, welcome!
I see that you've created an entry. Congrats!
Furthermore, The h2g2 Editors have submitted it to the AWW; also Congrats!
I'm no certain whether you intend it as an entry in the Edited Guide, but you should find a lot of support, whatever your intent may be.
I noticed that you're a philosophy major, so it makes sense that you would have written on a subject familiar to you. I agree that the individual quotes are getting in the way of the message. I appreciate the judicious use of quotes (you can check out my entry on horse riding), but I feel that they should be very short and to the point.
The only other suggestion I have is that you create a more fitting title. It does come off as more of a piece about your philosophy than an objective treatise on the 'nature of reality'.
Perhaps you could use something like 'A Philosophy of Reality' or 'The Philosophy of Nature'. I suggest this because you obviate the accuracy of 'The Nature of Reality' when you state:
'...we ultimately don't know what the true nature of reality is...'
Good luck with your writing!
