Another excuse for why the Israeli are too lasy to build a new temple, is that a red cow is needed in the process.
Noone actually knows what this cow does, or what should be done with her? (Some should be served as stakes, but I'm really not sure what will be done with the rest).
This temple should be built, because the main porpuse of it is taking cows, and making a good stakes (although Well-Done) from them.
red cow steaks

if you make steaks out of a red cow, won't that give you red steaks (very NOT well done)?
actually, you have a point there with the steak thing. the cohanim (the people who used to work in the temple) had no way of making a living, so they depended on the people. but what did they do when the people didn't give them money? (very likely amongst the israelies).
they made steaks out of the cows! that's why they're all gone.
