Nice, short and sweet!
Two things I feel I should ask/mention/bring up:
1) I believe there is a bit on improv in hootoo. You may want to search for it to see if you're truly adding value with this one.
2) I believe that one of the rules is 'Don't Block', though it may be covered in one of those you've covered. You may want to include the term 'block' which means to simply deny or refute someone elses twist.
Classic E.G.:
Improver-1: "There's a spaceship!"
Improver-2: "No there's not. ...." and continues with another line.
Good luck with this and future pieces, in any case.
