I knew I should have phoned him! Despite the fact that we merged 3 teams together in the quiz we still knew very few of the answers so we were going to ring him as an extra h2g2 member, if we'd had you on ourside too we would have got so many bonus points for ingenuity

Devastatingly handsome you say? When you write all his hair are we talking a complete number 1 cut or something slightly less drastic?

We were talking h2g2 (yes I know I am sad but I just can't help it) - he used to just lurk but I persauded him to join h2g2 at the happy couple's engagement do.

Any way we were talking about the London party & various people and your name came up.

*passes over some more water bombs*

Hmmm 'persauded' is a generous way of putting it. Actually what I did was prefix everything i said to him with "I want you to join first thing on Monday morning!" I can be quite forceful!

No he was saying that if you two both ever made it to a meet-up the space-time continuum would be fatally compromised!

Did he tell you he did a solo during the service? He was brilliant!

I will have to apologise to him and Matthew, the chap sitting next to me. I wasn't making much sense all day, lack of sleep and stress had me not making any sense whatsoever. I was just about orbiting this planet... but only just!

It would be fun to see Ian sing to Britney... had he have come to the meet-up I'm quiet sure it would have happened

I wouldn't worry about not making sense when talking to Ian, please remember he's spoken to me, thus whatever you said it will have been much more coherent
