Moths are actually quite beautiful in their own right with the patterns on their wings, they only lack the colours and size of

Have you met any GIANT moths, Jesi? They're mostly found in Wellington, and the biggest I found was a hand span across1 (Small woman's hand, BTW).

Well, I am in Wellington, and haven't seen any THAT big! Gum moths are pretty big though, I used to hatch them in my room....
