No food?
tacsatduck- beware the <sheep> lie Posted Jun 26, 2001
I put no food because for a couple of reasons:
1. Game is often time played in bet and you should not eat there might attract ants or somthing. Then you got big problemos.
2. Having food leads to short games. You might have to get up or you might spill somthing thus ending the game prematurely.
3. Food tends to be messy. Lots of the time its sticky and stuff do you want to lay with someone and be all dirt without a really good reason (ie a totaly diffrent game being played)

Then we must agree to disagree. Here in Scotland there is no problem with ants in this type of situation!
A plastic bowl of M&Ms is nice and mess-free, and then you just tip the bowl gently off when you've finished.
I've had many happy years indulging like this and canthoroughly recommend it - mmmm...

They rarely last that long!
I have just discussed this with my fellow snugglebunny () and researcher, and we have agreed on the following points:
If you are hungry, then it breaks the mood, so food is good
If you are over full with food, the snuggling doesn't work
The food must be simple to eat, so that it is a reasonably automatic action and without mess: regularly shaped food (M&Ms, popcorns, some 'Potato chips') will do.
You must both like the food and content with any scents or side-effects it may produce (eg slightly stoicky fingers!)
I'm off back to peer review now - as a scout - but please carry on here if you like!

Ah I understand that. . foods too heavy create a bloat and snuggling become heavy. . .foods that are unsatisfying make one uncomfortable as well as you are still hungry. .. .and I might add. . stay away from alcohol cuz peeing interupts the mood. . .but hey there is always fruit and cheese. . or how about not eating any food and enjoying the delight of a fellow snuggle bunny
