...they still try to get £600, then £200 out of you, and take £50. When perhaps they owed you compensation for the anxiety caused from a problem they made impossible for you to get out of.
Thank goodness for the lady who suggested the tribunal.
The way energy some suppliers bills and tarrifs have become complicated beyond easy understanding makes me angry. And the way they send three A4 pages for what could be clearly billed on one ...

I'm glad it got sorted out in the end.
