A Conversation for Starship Titanic

I thought this site didn't allow advertising
Obviously it's one rule for the priviledged few, another rule for the rest of us!
(Oooo, I didn't know we could do 'smilies'!)

After extensive research (5 minutes at least) I can confirm the existance of only 4 graphic smilies.

This is like a game of chinese whispers (i've always wondered how the game got its name but i guess thats a story for another report). We started off talking about Blatant advertising and now, just a few posts later we have denigrated to doing smiles. I like the abstract nature of this - like several million points out of ten for abstractness but like minus several million for actual threading. Oh well, i have to agree that the grins are pretty hoopy

I am extremely sorry to have dissintegrated the forum into but I am not feeling 100% sure that the Universe in general is ready for this blatant advertising conversation, as I am sure that the Universe is just ziz guy, you know?
Oh, and thanks for the points in abstractness.

Smiles apart, getting back to the Big Ship I just had the relatively innocent thought that it would be nice of the h2g2 powers that be if they made at least some part or version of Starship Titanic available for us to wander about in on-line here. After all, all work and no play killed the cat and spoiled the broth, or something...

I'm not really here Posted Jul 3, 2000
Six months behind everyone else, but I finally bought this game. Great, now if I can just stay off the H2G2 site long enough to install it...

I hope you did. It's one of the best games I've seen. The graphics are beautiful, and the text part is very funny.
