Hi, Atafa!
There are two problems with the list of novels as it stands. First, you have used the American titles rather than Christie's original UK titles, and I think that the Guide rules would insist on the British version. Unfortunately, her American publishers retitled about half of her books after 1930, so at a guess you have at least 30 titles to crosscheck. I think you could then put the American names in brackets.
The second problem is calling the list her novels, since quite a few of them are actually short story collections (I can't identify them all under their American names, I'm afraid). Perhaps you could change it to 'Published Works' ?
I hope this helps.

I like it!!!
I do agree though that you need to put all the different names the books are known by in the english speaking world.
Nice aritical!!

Yes it seems to be a good, quick comprehensive guide.
I just agree with the point about the book titles, the original ones coming first, and any variations in brackets. And perhaps which was the primary detective and whether it was a short story. possibly ISBN?
Just a thought.

I used to be a big Agatha Christie fan, and from memory she also wrote some romantic novels under a pseudonym. I have a feeling it was Mary Westmacott, but its a long time ago so I could be wrong.
You could also mention her play, the Mousetrap, since it is/was the longest running play I think. I don't know whether its still going....

Muppet - Atafa had mentioned The Mousetrap in the introductory part.
You're right about the romantic novels - there were six of them published under the name Mary Westmacott. Christie also wrote an autobiography (published under exactly that name "An Autobiography" in 1977). She also wrote a very light-hearted description of life on archaeological digs in Syria (called "Come Tell Me How You Live")which was published under the name Agatha Christie Mallowan in 1946.
One interesting thing about her second marriage: when she married Max Mallowan in 1930 she was 40 but he was only 26. She is supposed to have said that "There is this about being married to an archaeologist. The older you get, the more interesting you become." Unfortunately I have seen about a dozen different versions of this joke, and I don't know which was her original version.

Hello, Atafa!
I see that you have now changed the list to give the British titles first, which is good. However, your heading says 'in chronological order' and the titles are now in alphabetical order. I think the chronological order was better.
One thing that concerns me a little is that the text of this list is in a different type, with the tags. Did you paste it straight in from the site you mention? I think it would be worth working on the list to put it into normal Guide type and format.
Good luck!

I like this one. Informative and factual. I would have to rely on Azara's knowledge on the British/ US titles though.

This is good stuff - I like it. Essentially a short succinct article but full of info.
One thing that might be worth mentioning to a reader of the guide is that the house she lived at is a tourist attraction in Dartmouth in Devon - if you take a trip down the river in Dartmouth (a beatiful little town in itself) the guide will no doubt point it out amongst the trees.
I see no major adjustments need in this article - nice work

Not to be nitpicky, but perhaps the title should be reconsidered. The actual personal info on Agatha Christie is extremely scanty. Perhaps the "Works of Agatha Christie" would be good, since the entry seems to center primarily on that. This would leave room for a future in-depth entry on Dame Agatha Mary Clarissa Christie.

Congratulations, Atafa!
I see that you have done a lot of work on the list - it looks really good, and having just the novels and not the short stories makes sense when there were so many different collections. One little thing - I know it's not exactly acceptable nowadays, but the original title of 'Ten Little Indians' was actually 'Ten Little Niggers'. I think it would be worth giving three titles for that one!
