We had to give our a complete overhawl last year, new hard disk, modem, monitor, cos technical support did more damage than good trying to fix a (relatively small) problem! Won't mention the co: in question. Don't know if that's allowed.

I went through hell to try and sort ours out cos I'm the only one who knows about computers in our house. The some nice people at disking sorted it out when I couldn't do anymore.

the onl;y thibng worse than being the one aklwayus asked to do something just cos you know how is being asked stuff when you don't have a clue what's going on.
