What a coincidence! I was also born on December the 8th!
This is my fist look at the Post and so far I've been perusing Reefgirl's Chrimo food article. Sensible it seems too! Also the Lebanese fish for Christmas recipe seems delicious. I'm definitely going to try that one in the next month or so.
It's true that turkey can be dry and a bit lacklustre at times and just because it's 'traditional' in no way makes it sacrosanct! Having said that, turkey can be very good if everything comes together well.
I'll continue to look through the Post!
