OK, so here's a thread where people can SAFELY discuss their experiences with clairvoyance. Realizing that these may be intensely personal issues for many people, we will all strive to be as courteous with each other as possible.

Few results as yet, so I will start.
In my student time, some 30 years ago, I learned about the Rhine experiments, and decided to try it myself. I had no Zener cards, so I used normal playing cards for a simple experiment: Guess the top card of the deck, write it down, turn it around and write the real card. And so on for a number of decks. The turning was done with a constant rate, at least I tried it that way.
Statistically, I should guess correctly one in four times, normally it was much higher (two to three times the standard deviation). Sometimes the correlation with the next card was much better than with the current card.
Of course I cannot prove anything, I was alone and I have long ago thrown away the results.
The only thing it proved to me, was that if the effect exists, I may have some of it.
At least this is a method everyone can use for themselves.

What a mind numbing way to test your esp! I have posted this before in another thread;
I had just finnised meditating one day when a friend approached me, as he came nearer I had a distinct impression of a certain shade of green and that it was connected in some way with the Mission Hall that he went to every Sunday. He was totally opposed to me meditating and being interested in the supernatural etc. and was unable to think of anything that could fit the bill. So on the following Sunday I went to see for myself. As I walked though the front door it hit me. Across the wall avove the dais was writen the words We Preach Christ Crucified in the green I had seen in my mind.
