I'll tell you It's this really sweet marmalade (I think)... Kind of that white filling you get in Russian suffle cake called "Birds milk" ... Marshmallows are a bit more chewy though...

Yep. But I like rosted marshmallows - they're quite good. Anyway I do think you can get marsmellows in your country I am certain there are some in Moscow

I am not sure if it is necessary though, it sounds too sweet for me and I have troubles imagining myself eating something like roasted bird-milk. OTOH it could be my poor fantasy of course.
