We have to write a party political broadcast as to why we should be voted for for the post!
Who fancies the job then?

Bomb making equipment (apparently)
Television screen cleaner
Rock singer's crotch enhancer
Male adolescent's 'excitement' receptacle.

If only it was within my remit to grant you such authority. However, as Minister of Smut & Debauchery I'm sure I could find a few interesting postions for you.
And yes, I know that there are lost tribes in the Himalayas that could see that one coming.
Where did I get that quote from? I genuinely can't remember.

Not bad. Here, let me just pull that round a bit. There. Much better.

Don't thank me, thank the party. Since being made Minister Of Smut & Debauchery I have a renewed passion for all things smutty & debauched. It's no longer a hobby - it's now a ministerial commitment. I am smutty, but I shall increase to the smut, for it is my duty. I am debauched, but I shall further the the debauchery, for it is my duty. I am challenged, but I shall rise to the challenge for it is a smutty innuendo and smutty innuendos are now my ministerial responsibility.

2legs, this party has everything you could possibly desire. Booze, smut, more meets & badgers. I fail to see how you could possibly go wrong by joining us.

You're already King. I'm sure the *right* president will have no objection to retaining a regal element to H2G2. Of course, some candidates might be pure republicans, and we know where that would leave the Royal Castle and, more importantly, the Royal Bondage Room. Think on, good sir.
